For consultants and billable professionals

Your day, built from the tools you already use.

DaySmith reads your calendar, your project tracker and your time tracker, then lays out a realistic plan for today. Meetings stay fixed. The work that matters most fills the gaps. One tap starts the timer.

Why DaySmith

Stop rebuilding your day by hand every morning.

You already keep a calendar, a task list and a timer. The planning happens in your head, three times a day, every time something moves. DaySmith does that part.

Meetings stay where they are

Your calendar is the skeleton. DaySmith never moves a meeting; it plans around them, and skips the ones you've marked free.

The right work fills the gaps

Overdue and due-today first, then priority, then due date. Each task takes the time its own tool says it will, so the plan is honest.

Billable time, captured

Tap a block to start the timer in Toggl, Clockify or Harvest with the task name already filled in. Stop it from anywhere. Nothing slips through.

It keeps up when things change

A meeting moves, a task gets reassigned, a client emails. DaySmith replans in the background and tells you what's next, not what used to be.

Flagged email becomes a plan

Flag it in Outlook or star it in Gmail and it shows up as a 15-minute reply block. Mark it replied in DaySmith and the flag clears.

Your keys stay on the server

Tool credentials are encrypted at rest and never leave DaySmith's server. Disconnect any tool with one tap and its keys are deleted.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs itself.

Connect your tools

Sign in to your calendar, your project tracker and your time tracker once. Pick any combination; one of each is the sweet spot.

Get a plan every morning

When your workday starts, today's plan is ready: meetings fixed, tasks placed, email replies slotted, and a short list of what didn't fit.

Work from the plan

Open a block to start the timer, mark it done in its own tool, or jump to it. Pull to replan whenever you want a fresh look.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does DaySmith change anything in my calendar or tools?

Only when you ask it to. It reads your calendar; it never creates or moves events. It marks a task done or clears an email flag only when you tap that action. Timers start and stop only when you tap Start or Stop.

What if a tool is down?

The plan is built from whatever responds. If one tool can't be reached, DaySmith tells you which one and plans around it, rather than showing nothing.

How does it decide what comes first?

Anything overdue or due today goes first. Within that, higher priority wins, then earlier due date. Each task takes the estimate from its own tool, or 45 minutes if it has none, so the day isn't overpacked.

Is my data safe?

Credentials for connected tools are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and never leave the server. We read only what the plan needs: event titles and times, task titles and due dates, email subject lines of flagged messages. No message bodies, no attachments. See the privacy policy.

Can I use just two of the three kinds of tools?

Yes. Calendar plus tasks gives you a plan without timers. Tasks plus a timer works without a calendar. Connect what you have.

How do I cancel?

From Settings, any time. Disconnecting a tool deletes its credentials immediately; deleting your account removes everything.
