These terms govern your use of DaySmith, a daily planning service. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
DaySmith builds a suggested schedule from tools you connect and lets you act on it: start timers, mark items done, open items in their own tools. It is a planning aid. You remain responsible for your calendar, your work and your time records in those tools.
Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.
Connected tools
When you connect a third-party tool you authorize DaySmith to access your account there as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those tools remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect any tool at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
Availability and changes
DaySmith is provided "as is". We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and connected tools may be unavailable for reasons outside our control. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DaySmith is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed meetings or incorrect time entries, arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
